The Open Meeting Law has been revised as of July 1, 2010 as part of “An Act to Improve the Laws Relating to Campaign Finance, Ethics and Lobbying” (Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2009, sections 17-20). This revision states that the law regarding Open Meetings is now determined by a department at the Office of the Attorney General. Therefore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding Open Meetings must be submitted to the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General at:
